Return Process

  Log into your EcoFlow account or visit our Support Center to submit a return request using your order number and email address within 30 days of delivery.

  Receive Authorization

  Our customer service team will review your request within 24-48 hours and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with a prepaid shipping label.

  Pack with Care

  Securely pack the device in its original packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories, to ensure the unit remains protected during transit.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians receive and inspect the returned unit at our facility, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
